              Second corollary:
              just in things badly disposed
providence is indirectly the occasion and cause
of desperation and the occasion of hate,
<!-- inquam? in qua? dbcheck --> I say not given but accepted,
so for those well-disposed divine providence is the cause of hope and love.
              The first part is known,
for many experts and many of the philosophers
denied that God exists or at least that he provides for things.
              The second part is clear,
namely that divine providence is the cause of hope and love
              in those well-disposed.
              This is proved because
whatever it<!-- divine providence --> does for the whole governance of the universe
it does for the good of the universe and its parts ,
for this is directive of everything toward its end and its perfection.
Therefore, from the universal and particular governance,
love ought to rise up in the one ruling and caring,
              and,
              in an intellect well-disposed,
a specific love for the one caring should rise up.
